Mechanism of Action

VEGF upregulation → angiogenesis. NO pathway modulation. Enhanced fibroblast activity and collagen synthesis. Reduces TNF-α, IL-6. Promotes F-actin formation. Neuroprotective via dopaminergic/serotonergic systems. Accelerates NGF/VEGF expression.

Dosing Protocol

200-500μg SC daily or BID near injury. Oral forms also used. Typical: 4-12 week cycles.
