Mechanism of Action

Binds pituitary GHRH receptors → pulsatile GH secretion. Without DAC = physiological pulsatile release. Synergy with Ipamorelin (ghrelin pathway) for amplified GH pulse.

Dosing Protocol

100-200μg SC, typically combined with equal dose Ipamorelin. 1-3x daily, fasting. Cycle 3-6 months on, 1-3 months off.
