Mechanism of Action

Selective agonist at GHS-R1a (ghrelin receptor) on pituitary and hypothalamus → GH release. More selective than GHRP-6: minimal cortisol/prolactin elevation, minimal appetite stimulation.

Dosing Protocol

100-200μg SC, 1-3x daily (fasting). Paired with CJC-1295 1:1 ratio. Cycle 3-6 months.
